If a legal sentence differs across languages, the English version governs. The company is a Florida LLC.

What the site is not

Nothing here is an offer of a security, an interest, a note, or a home. Nothing here reserves a unit or sets a price, a schedule, or a return.

This site does not publish a return projection. The text here should not be read as one. Any investor offering follows the applicable U.S. federal securities exemptions for this kind of transaction, and is open only to those who meet that exemption's requirements — nothing on this site substitutes for that qualification.

A development

Each development is its own LLC. That project's property and capital stay in it. Technical and commercial management stays with BrixPrime Development.

A message, a click, or a visit does not make anyone a member, a buyer, or a lender.

What governs a deal

A description of method, region, or service can change. What governs a deal is the signed document for that project, not the text on this page.

The law of the State of Florida, United States. Venue in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless a signed contract names another venue.
