Privacy policy

This page describes what happens to what you send through the BrixPrime Development website. It covers this site. The investor portal, at brixaurea.com, has its own sign-in.

Who receives it

BrixPrime Development LLC, at 777 Brickell Ave, Suite 521, Miami, Florida 33131, United States. For this site, write to contact@brixprime.com.

What the form asks

Name, email, a phone number if you choose to give one, how you describe yourself (buyer, investor, private lender, or other), and the text of your message.

The form does not ask for an identification document, a bank account, or the details of an investment.

What we use it for

To answer that conversation and to know what the conversation is about. We do not turn it into an advertising audience. This site does not load an advertising pixel.

Language

The site remembers the language you chose, so it opens again in English, Portuguese, or Spanish. That is the site's own cookie. It is not used to measure a campaign.

WhatsApp

The button opens a WhatsApp conversation. From there, the message goes through WhatsApp. What you write arrives in BrixPrime's account and is used for the same purpose: to answer you.

The sign-in button goes to the portal at brixaurea.com. An account, a password, and a project's documents live there, not on this site.

Links that leave this site

Omnix Development, BT7 Partners, EA Financial Advisory Services, BrixAurea, LinkedIn, and Instagram are other companies' sites. What happens there is not covered by this page.

How long

We keep the message for as long as it takes to reply and to keep a record of that conversation. If the conversation does not continue and there is no contract, the contact does not become a campaign list.

A development's contract stays with that project's LLC. This page does not govern that file. If you write from outside the United States, the message is received by a company in Florida.

To ask

Write to contact@brixprime.com to see, correct, or ask us to delete a contact made through this site. If a contract is already signed, that contract and the project's LLC govern that record.

For anyone writing from Brazil, these same rights of access, correction, and deletion also follow Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD). Data submitted through this form is received and processed by a company in the United States.
